Upon a request by RIX MAG, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RIX MAG and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, co-branders or other business partners, and its and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your use or misuse of this Site. This Site is administered by RIX MAG from its offices at UNION, NEW JERSEY, in the United States of America.
